Message Four In His Resurrection
I. In His resurrection Christ's crucified humanity was made alive by the Spirit of His divinity and was uplifted into the sonship of the only begotten Son of God for Him to be begotten as the firstborn Son of God—Rom. 1:3-4; Acts 13:33; Rom. 8:29:
A. Before His incarnation Christ was the only begotten Son of God, possessing merely divinity—John 1:18.
B. By incarnation Christ put on an element, the human flesh, which had nothing to do with divinity.
C. By resurrection, His human nature was sanctified, uplifted, and transformed.
D. Hence by resurrection He was designated the firstborn Son of God, possessing both divinity and humanity.
II. In His resurrection Christ became the life- giving Spirit as the consummation of the processed Triune God—1 Cor. 15:45b; 2 Cor. 3:17:
A. The life-giving Spirit was not yet before the glorification, the resurrection, of Christ—John 7:39.
B. The life-giving Spirit is the consummation of the Triune God reaching the believers—the Spirit as the Son with the Father—John 14:26; 15:26.
C. The life-giving Spirit is the transmission of the Divine Trinity into the believers—John 16:13-15.
D. The life-giving Spirit is the pneumatic Christ breathed into the believers—John 20:22.
E. The life-giving Spirit is the all-inclusive, bountiful Spirit of Jesus Christ for the believers to live Christ for His magnification—Phil. 1:19-21.
F. The life-giving Spirit is Christ as reality entering into His believers to make them God in life, nature, and expression but not in the Godhead through all the stages of His organic salvation—John 14:6, 17; Rom. 5:10.
III. In His resurrection Christ regenerated the believers to be the many sons of God for His divine increase—1 Pet. 1:3:
A. Christ fell into the ground and died as a grain of wheat and resurrected to produce many grains, which are the many sons of God, blend together into one loaf, the one Body of Christ—John 12:24; 1 Cor. 10:17.
B. In His resurrection the regenerated believers became Christ's reproduction and increase—John 3:29-30.
IV. In His resurrection Christ produced the church as the new creation with the divine life and nature:
A. The church came out of Christ as Eve came out of Adam, having the same life and nature as Christ, and is one with Him as His counterpart, as Eve became one flesh with Adam—Gen. 2:21-24; Eph. 5:27, 32.
B. The church as the new creation was produced in Christ's resurrection to be the masterpiece of God—2 Cor. 5:17; Gal. 6:15; Eph. 2:10, 15.
V. In His resurrection Christ produced the enlarged, universal, divine-human incorporation of the consummated God with the regenerated believers in three aspects—John 14:16-20:
A. The first aspect is the house of the Father for His rest, satisfaction, and manifestation—John 14:2; Eph. 2:19.
B. The second aspect is the true vine of the Son for His multiplication, spreading, and glorification—John 15:1, 8.
C. The third aspect is the child of the Spirit to become the corporate new man to carry out God's eternal economy—John 16:13-15, 21; Col. 3:10-11.
