壹　我们训练的历史
I.　Our history of trainings:

十十　“我想叫大家清楚的另一件事，就是我们对于办训练，训练圣徒的负担。倪弟兄在中国大陆曾经为圣徒举办经常的训练。我在一九四九年离开中国大陆，到了台湾。一九五三年我们在那里开始有四个月正式的训练。从那一年起，我几乎每年都划出几个月来训练圣徒。”（长老训练（九）长老职分与神命定之路（一），第五篇）
AA.　"Another thing I want to make clear is our burden to have trainings to train the saints. Brother Nee conducted regular trainings for the saints in mainland China. I came out of mainland China to Taiwan in 1949. We started a formal training there for four months in 1953. From that year on, I set aside a few months nearly every year for the training of the saints." (Elders' Training, Book 9: The Eldership and the God-ordained Way (1), p. 55)
贰　新约中训练的例子
II.　The New Testament examples of trainings:
一　保罗在以弗所，推喇奴的讲堂─徒十九9~10。
A.　Paul at Ephesus in the school of Tyrannus—Acts 19:9-10:
1　一个在召会以外，却是与召会有关且为着召会的工作。
1.　A work done beside the church but related to and for the church.
2　这工作有两年之久。
2.　The work took place for two years.
3　结果叫一切住在亚西亚的人，都听见主的话。
3.　Resulting in all those in Asia hearing the word of the Lord.
二　保罗在罗马，在自己所租的房子里─徒二八30~31。
B.　Paul at Rome in his own rented dwelling—Acts 28:30-31:
1　保罗在罗马租了一个地方来施教，那时在罗马已经有了召会。
1.　Paul rented a place to teach and at that time there was a church already in Rome.
2　宣扬神的国，并教导主耶稣基督的事
2.　To proclaim the kingdom of God and to teach the things concerning the Lord Jesus Christ.
3　毫无阻碍。
3.　With all boldness and unhindered.
叁　训练的负担：
III.　The burden of the training:
一　成全圣徒，目的是为着职事的工作，为着建造基督的身体。
A.　To perfect the saints unto the work of ministry, unto the building up of the Body of Christ:
十十　“圣徒真正被成全，必须是在召会中且在职事之下。今天主的职事遭受批评、毁谤和嘲讽。信徒的眼睛若被开启，他们将看见什么是职事，今天职事在哪里。在召会中需要职事，好成全圣徒，目的是为着职事的工作，为着建造基督的身体。…在这些日子里，我对成全圣徒有很重的负担。除非等到我看见众圣徒都能作早期的使徒、申言者、传福音者、牧人和教师所作的同样工作，否则我不能卸下这负担。…孩子们借着喂养和训练得着成全。按照神的经纶成全圣徒也是这样。圣徒需要得着喂养，也需要受训练，使他们能有适当的技能尽功用。”（以弗所生命读经，第四十一篇）
AA.　"The genuine perfection of the saints must be in the church and under the ministry. Today the Lord's ministry is criticized, slandered, and scorned. If the eyes of the believers are opened, they will see what the ministry is and where it is today. In the church the ministry is needed to perfect the saints unto the work of ministry, unto the building up of the Body of Christ….In these days I bear a very heavy burden concerning the perfecting of the saints. This burden cannot be discharged until I see that all the saints are able to do the same kind of work as was done by the early apostles, prophets, evangelists, and shepherds and teachers….Children are perfected by feeding and by training. The same is true with respect to perfecting the saints according to God's economy. The saints need to be fed and they need to be trained so that they may function with the proper skill." (Life-study of Ephesians, pp. 351-352)
二　丰富并拔高召会生活的实行。
B.　To enrich and uplift the practice of the church life:
十十　”我们都要在生命中长大，并要接受训练好尽功用;我对此事负担非常重。我们在这里，是要对主绝对。召会的聚会，不是休闲或娱乐的时间。主需要一班人，愿意长大，愿意受训练，也愿意受管教“（以弗所生命读经，第四十二篇）
AA.　"I am extremely burdened that we all grow in life and that we all receive training in order to function. We are here to be absolute with the Lord. The church meetings are not a time for relaxation or entertainment. The Lord needs a people who are willing to grow, to be trained, and to be disciplined." (Life-study of Ephesians, p. 360)
三　帮助带头的人脱离他们“摸索的方式”。
C.　To help the leading ones out of their "probing way":
十十　“到目前为止，照我的观察，许多带头的人仍是以‘摸索的方式’建造地方召会。他们听到一些事，接受了一些教训，但他们实行的时候却不清楚该作什么，或者该如何作。这就是为何主若给我时间，我有负担要在某个地方投入地方召会直接的建造”（长老训练（九）长老职分与神命定之路（一），第五篇）
AA.　"Thus far, according to my observation, many of the leading ones are still building up the local churches in a 'probing way.' They heard something and they received some teaching, but in their practice they are not so clear what to do or how to do it. This is why I have the burden to be involved in the direct building of a local church in a certain place if the Lord would give me time." (Elders' Training, Book 9: The Eldership and the Go-ordained Way (1), p. 59)
肆　训练的意义：
IV.　The meaning of training:
一　得着基督丰富的供应而长大。
A.　To have the rich supply of Christ for growth.
二　得着装备而有技巧：
B.　To be equipped to become skillful:
1　在说话上。
1.　In speaking.
2　在接触新人上。
2.　In contacting new ones.
3　在牧养上。
3.　In shepherding.
4　在传福音上。
4.　In preaching.
5　在教导人上。
5.　In teaching.
三　”受训练就是得着基督丰富的供应，供应到我们里面，使我们长大;并且也得着装备，使我们在说话、接触新人、牧养、传福音、教导人的事上，都有技巧。不要说你天生不擅于说话，所以你不能说话。我们众人都能为主说话。“（以弗所生命读经，第四十一篇）
C.　"To be trained is to have the rich supply of Christ ministered to us that we may grow, and it is to be equipped that we may be skillful in speaking, in contacting new ones, in shepherding, and in preaching and teaching." (Life-study of Ephesians, p. 353)
