Message Six Cooperating with the Lord for His Ultimate Move
Scripture Reading: Ezek. 1:15-16; Rom. 8:4, 6; Acts 6:4; Rev. 14:4; 3 John 7-8; Rev. 19:7
I. God's ultimate move is the move of His economy in man to deify man, making man God in life and in nature but not in the Godhead, to prepare the bride, the wife, of Christ that God in Christ may have His corporate expression—John 1:14; 2 Cor. 3:18; 1 John 3:2; Rev. 19:7; 21:2:
A. God has sovereignly prepared the United States in today's world situation not just for the preaching of the gospel, for the teaching of the truth, or for scriptural meetings, but for the preparation of the bride—cf. Acts 17:26-27a.
B. We are prepared to be Christ's bride through God's judicial redemption and the deifying process of His organic salvation—Rom. 5:10.
II. In Ezekiel 1 the move of God's economy is likened to a high and awesome wheel—vv. 15-21:
A. Every local church and every individual believer should have the experience of the Lord in His move as a high and awesome wheel through the proper coordination in the Body with the one accord—vv. 9, 11-12; Acts 1:14; 13:1-2:
1. The wheels having the appearance of beryl indicates that wherever the wheel goes, it brings the appearance of the Lord—Ezek. 1:16a; Dan. 10:6a.
2. The wheels having the same appearance indicates that the move of the Lord has the same likeness and appearance in every church—Ezek. 1:16b; cf. Rev. 1:12; 1 Thes. 2:14.
3. The high and awesome rims of the wheels being full of eyes indicates that if we are one with the Lord in His move, we will have His divine insight, foresight, and revelation—Ezek. 1:18; Eph. 1:17.
B. The wheel within a wheel (Ezek. 1:16b) shows the Lord's move in our move:
1. For Elijah to pray in a prayer means that the Lord's prayer was within his prayer; this is the wheel within a wheel—James 5:17.
2. The inner wheel is the motor, the dynamo, the generator, which causes the wheel to move:
a. If our move is genuine, it must be that within our move is the move of the Lord—cf. Rom. 1:9; 8:16.
b. In the church life the Lord Jesus is the hub—the wheel within the wheel—and we are the rim—cf. Col. 1:17-18.
C. The wheels following the living creatures indicates that the move of God's work depends upon our moving—Ezek. 1:19-20; cf. Eccl. 11:4.
D. The wheels follow the living creatures, the creatures follow the Spirit, but the Spirit is in the wheels, indicating that the move of the Lord in our move is in the principle of incarnation—Ezek. 1:20; cf. 1 Cor. 7:10; Acts 16:6-10.
III. We need to cooperate with the Lord in order to participate in His ultimate move:
A. In order to participate in the Lord's ultimate move, we must have a personal, affectionate, private, and spiritual relationship with Him—S. S. 1:2-4:
1. We must enjoy the Lord in the Word every day early in the morning to have a new start of each day—Psa. 119:147-148; cf. Matt. 6:6.
2. We must set our entire being on the mingled spirit, walking, living, and having our being in and according to the mingled spirit (Rom. 8:4, 6; 1 Tim. 4:7; cf. Jude 19-21) through the following life practices:

c. We must rejoice always, pray unceasingly, and give thanks in everything—1 Thes. 5:16-18.
d. We must fan our spirit into flame, not quenching the Spirit— 2 Tim. 1:6-7; 1 Thes. 5:19.
e. We must practice prophesying for the building up of the church, not despising prophesying—1 Cor. 14:4b; 1 Thes. 5:20.
B. In order to participate in the Lord's ultimate move, we must pray in His praying, go in His going, and give in His giving—Dan. 11:32b:
1. We need to cooperate with the Lord through prayer to carry out His move, acting together with the acting God for the accomplishment of His economy as seen in the book of Acts:
a. We need the prayer that brought in the outpouring of the Spirit—1:14; 2:1-4, 16-17a.
b. We need the prayer that shook the earth and empowered the disciples with the Holy Spirit for speaking the word with boldness—4:24-31.
c. We need to give ourselves continually to and continue steadfastly in prayer and the ministry of the word—6:4.
d. We need the prayer that brought Peter into a trance and brought a heavenly vision to him—10:9-16.
e. We need the prayer that opened the prison door for Peter—12:4-14.
f. We need the prayer that brought the five prophets and teachers into the Lord's commission—13:1-4.
g. We need the prayer that brought in a great earthquake and shook the foundation of the prison—16:23-26.
h. We need the prayer that brought Paul into a trance and into the Lord's speaking to him—22:17-21.
2. We need to follow the Lamb wherever He may go, living a life of the altar and the tent by taking heed to our spirit and by honoring Christ as the Head and as the Body—Rev. 14:4; Gen. 12:7-8; 13:3-4, 18; Mal. 2:15-16; 2 Cor. 2:13; 7:5-6; 1 John 1:3.
3. We need to be cheerful givers, becoming fellow workers in the truth— 2 Cor. 9:6-7; 3 John 7-8.
IV. "I am burdened that we would all realize that the Lord's recovery is not another Christian movement or an ordinary Christian work. The work in the recovery is the Lord's genuine work to prepare His bride….The Lord's intention is not to revive Christianity as a whole. In His recovery, He is calling out a remnant of those who love Him and who are faithful to Him. He is sending out the call to overcome the degradation of Christianity so that a number of those who seek Him may be prepared as His bride. In this matter, the Lord is moving on, and we are going on with Him. What a privilege to be alive in this age!" (Life-study of Ephesians, pp. 803-804).
