Message Four The Function of the New Covenant Ministry and the Spirit of a New Covenant Minister
读经：林后三1~6，二13，六6，十二18

壹　新约职事的功用，乃是用赐生命的灵写基督的活信─林后三1~6：
I.　The function of the new covenant ministry is to write living letters of Christ with the life-giving Spirit— 2 Cor. 3:1-6:
一　信徒成了使徒的荐信，是使徒用基督为内容，写在他们里面各部分的─1~2节。
A.　The believers became the apostles' letters of commendation, written by the apostles with Christ as the content in every part of their being—vv. 1-2.
二　因着使徒们被基督充满，所以在他们的职事里，他们自然而然的把基督供应给所接触的人，将基督写到他们里面。
B.　Because the apostles were f illed with Christ, in their ministry they spontaneously ministered Christ to others, inscribing Christ into them.
三　当使徒们传讲基督，供应基督的时候，就将基督供应到信徒的灵和心里─3节，弗三17上：
C.　When the apostles preached Christ or ministered Christ, they ministered Him into the spirits and hearts of the believers—v. 3; Eph. 3:17a:
1　首先，乃是把基督这赐生命的灵供应到我们的灵里;也就是说，把基督写在我们的灵里。
1.　First, Christ as the life-giving Spirit is ministered into our spirit; this means that Christ is written in our spirit.
2　然后借着进一步的供应，基督就从我们的灵扩展到我们的心思、情感、意志里：
2.　By further ministry Christ spreads from our spirit into our mind, emotion, and will:
a　最终，基督要写到我们里面的各部分里。
a.　Eventually, Christ will be written into every part of our inward being.
b　这实际上就是基督安家在我们心里─16~17节上。
b.　This is actually Christ making His home in our heart—Eph. 3:16-17a.
c　基督安家在我们心里，就等于把基督写到我们全人里面。
c.　Christ making His home in our heart equals the writing of Christ throughout our inner being.
四　新约执事在我们心里所进行的书写，有包罗万有赐生命的灵为元素─林后三3：
D.　The writing that takes place in our hearts by the ministers of the new covenant has the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit as the element—2 Cor. 3:3:
1　这种元素实际上就是经过过程的神;因此，写到我们里面的乃是三一神─十三14，林前十五45下。
1.　This element is actually the processed God; thus, it is the Triune God who is being written into us— 13:14; 1 Cor. 15:45b.
2　新约的执事用经过过程的三一神为元素来写信。
2.　The ministers of the new covenant write letters with the processed Triune God as the element.
3　属天的墨就是那灵，而那灵这墨的素质，乃是基督同祂一切的丰富;我们要在经历中有这墨，就必须享受基督，得着基督，被基督充满，被基督浸透，并被基督所遮盖─林后三3，加一15上，16上，二20，四19，弗三8，16~17上。
3.　The heavenly ink is the Spirit, and the essence of this Spirit-ink is Christ with all His riches; to have this ink in our experience, we must enjoy Christ, possess Christ, be f illed with Christ, be saturated with Christ, and be covered with Christ—2 Cor. 3:3; Gal. 1:15a, 16a; 2:20; 4:19; Eph. 3:8, 16-17a.
五　惟独神有资格来作书写基督活信的工作─林后三5~6：
E.　The only One qualif ied to do the work of writing living letters of Christ is God—2 Cor. 3:5-6:
1　使徒职事的够格、胜任和资格，乃是出于活神自己;这职事，为着神新约的经纶，将基督分赐到神所拣选的人里面，以建造基督的身体─5节。
1.　The living God Himself is the suff iciency, competency, and qualif ication of the apostles' ministry for God's New Testament economy to dispense Christ into God's chosen people for the building up of the Body—v. 5.
2　惟有构成到我们里面的三一神，才够资格作书写基督之信的工作─6节。
2.　Only the Triune God constituted into us is suff icient to carry on the work of writing letters of Christ—v. 6.
3　神正在把祂自己书写到祂所拣选的人里面;书写者是神，书写的本质是神，结局、结果也是神。
3.　God is writing Himself into His chosen people; the Writer is God, the writing substance is God, and the issue, the result, is also God.
六　写基督的活信与分赐和构成都有关系：
F.　The writing of living letters of Christ involves both dispensing and constituting:
1　就著书写者来说，这是分赐的事─十三14。
1.　With respect to the One doing the writing, it is a matter of dispensing—13:14.
2　就着被写者来说，这是构成的事，这种构成是借着神圣的分赐产生的─弗三16~17上，加四19。
2.　With respect to the one being written upon, it is a matter of constituting—a constituting that takes place through the divine dispensing—Eph. 3:16-17a; Gal. 4:19.
3　属灵的写信包含了神圣三一的分赐;这种分赐带进构成，这种分赐和构成的结果，就是使我们成为基督的信。
3.　Spiritual letter writing involves the dispensing of the Divine Trinity; this dispensing results in constituting, and the issue of this dispensing and constituting is that we become letters of Christ.
七　传福音就是书写活的信;传福音就是写信─林后十14，16，参四3~4。
G.　To preach the gospel is to write a living letter; gospel preaching is a matter of letter writing—2 Cor. 10:14, 16; cf. 4:3-4.
八　这样把基督写到人里面，不是为着我们的工作，乃是为着召会，使神的行政能以施行，神永远的定旨得以实现─林前十四4~5，12，弗一22~23，二21~22，四16。
H.　The inscribing of Christ into others is not for our work; it is for the church so that God's administration may be carried out and His eternal purpose may be fulfilled— 1 Cor. 14:4-5, 12; Eph. 1:22-23; 2:21-22; 4:16.
贰　新约执事的灵是以保罗的灵为榜样：
II.　The spirit of a new covenant minister is exemplified by the spirit of Paul:
一　在哥林多后书，我们看见保罗的灵乃是：
A.　In 2 Corinthians we see that Paul's spirit is:
1　敞开的灵─六11~13。
1.　An open spirit—6:11-13.
2　圣别的灵─6节。
2.　A holy spirit—v. 6.
3　坦率的灵─十7~12，十一5~31，十二11。
3.　A frank spirit—10:7-12; 11:5-31; 12:11.
4　纯洁的灵─14节。
4.　A pure spirit—v. 14.
5　勇敢的灵─七4，16，十11，十三2。
5.　A bold spirit—7:4, 16; 10:11; 13:2.
6　谦卑的灵─十1，十二21。
6.　A humble spirit—10:1; 12:21.
7　爱的灵─15，19节。
7.　A loving spirit—vv. 15, 19.
8　温柔的灵─七3~4。
8.　A tender spirit—7:3-4b.
9　不自私的灵─二13，七2，十二14，17。
9.　A spirit that is not self-seeking—2:13; 7:2; 12:14, 17.
10　配搭的灵─18节，二10。
10.　A coordinating spirit—v. 18; 2:10.
二　我们的灵既然已经与主联合成为一灵，我们的灵就应当是支配我们全人的那一部分;我们的灵首先成为我们心思的灵，至终要成为我们身体的灵─林前六15~20，弗四23。
B.　Since our spirit has been joined to the Lord as one spirit, our spirit should be the predominant part of our being; f irst, our spirit becomes the spirit of our mind, and eventually, the spirit of our body—1 Cor. 6:15-20; Eph. 4:23.
三　我们要有新约执事的灵，就必须：
C.　In order to have the spirit of a new covenant minister, we need to:
1　借着灵的感觉认识灵─罗八2，6，林后二13。
1.　Know the spirit by the sense of the spirit—Rom. 8:2, 6; 2 Cor. 2:13.
2　否认己，钉死肉体，操练我们的灵以至于敬虔─太十六24，加五24，提前四7，约四24。
2.　Deny the self, crucify the f lesh, and exercise our spirit unto godliness—Matt. 16:24; Gal. 5:24; 1 Tim. 4:7; John 4:24.
3　借着魂与灵的分开，辨明灵与魂─来四12。
3.　Discern the spirit from the soul through the dividing of soul and spirit—Heb. 4:12.
4　服从圣灵的管教─十二9，彼前五6，罗八28。
4.　Be subject to the discipline of the Holy Spirit—12:9; 1 Pet. 5:6; Rom. 8:28.
5　经历外面的人破碎，使灵得释放─林后四16。
5.　Experience the breaking of the outer man for the release of the spirit—2 Cor. 4:16.
6　时时在灵里祷告─弗六18，犹20，路十八1，帖前五17。
6.　Pray at every time in spirit—Eph. 6:18; Jude 20; Luke 18:1; 1 Thes. 5:17.
7　照着灵生活行事─罗八4，加五16，25，启一10。
7.　Live and walk according to the spirit—Rom. 8:4; Gal. 5:16, 25; Rev. 1:10.
8　有火热爱主的灵─提后一6~7。
8.　Have a burning spirit of love—2 Tim. 1:6-7.
9　祷告求父借着祂的灵，用大能使我们得以加强到里面的人里─弗三16。
9.　Pray that the Father would strengthen us with power through His Spirit into the inner man—Eph. 3:16.
10　看见我们重生的灵与基督身体之间的关系─一17，二22，三16，四23，五18，六18，一22~23。
10.　See the relationship between our regenerated spirit and the Body—1:17; 2:22; 3:16; 4:23; 5:18; 6:18; 1:22-23.
