Message Five Our Preparation for the Lord's Coming (3) Losing the Soul-life and Receiving the Salvation of the Soul

壹　“因为凡要救自己魂生命的，必丧失魂生命;凡为我丧失自己魂生命的，必得着魂生命”─太十六25：
I.　"Whoever wants to save his soul-life shall lose it; but whoever loses his soul-life for My sake shall find it"—Matt. 16:25:
一　丧失魂生命，就是使魂失去享受，拯救魂生命就是让魂得着享受，让魂保留享受。
A.　To lose our soul-life means to lose the enjoyment of the soul, and to save the soul-life means to have the enjoyment of the soul, to preserve the soul in its enjoyment.
二　主耶稣活在地上时，祂丧失魂生命，也就是祂放弃祂一切属魂的享受;祂在今世让祂的魂失去享受，使祂在来世得着魂。
B.　When the Lord Jesus lived on earth, He lost His soul-life; that is, He gave up all His soulish enjoyment; He lost the enjoyment of His soul in this age so that He might gain His soul in the coming age.
三　否认己就是拒绝魂的愿望、爱好和拣选─十六24。
C.　To deny ourselves means to reject the soul's desire, preference, and choice— 16:24.
四　我们需要作一个选择─今天丧失我们的魂生命，来世得着它;或者今天拯救我们的魂生命，来世丧失它。
D.　We need to make a choice: lose our soul-life today and gain it in the coming age, or save our soul-life today and lose it in the coming age.
五　我们要在来世得着享受─主的快乐，就需要在今世借着丧失我们的魂生命而付代价─二五21，23：
E.　In order to have the enjoyment—the joy of the Lord—in the coming age, we need to pay the price in this age by losing our soul-life—25:21, 23:
1　假如我们在今世拯救我们的魂生命，我们必定在主耶稣回来时丧失它。
1.　If we save our soul-life in this age, we may be assured that we will lose it when the Lord Jesus comes back.
2　为着主的缘故，为着福音的缘故，为着祂见证的缘故，我们需要在今世甘愿丧失我们魂的享受─可八35~38，启一9。
2.　For the Lord's sake, for the gospel's sake, and for His testimony's sake, we need to be willing to lose the enjoyment of our soul in this age—Mark 8:35-38; Rev. 1:9.
六　为着召会，并为着所有圣徒的缘故，我们需要丧失我们属魂的享受─太十六18，约壹三16：
F.　We need to lose our soulish enjoyment for the sake of the church and for the sake of all the saints—Matt. 16:18; 1 John 3:16:
1　除了丧失魂生命之外，召会不可能被建造;丧失魂生命是我们被建造在一起的基本因素─太十六18。
1.　Apart from the losing of the soul-life, the church cannot be built up; the losing of the soul-life is the basic factor in our being built up together— Matt. 16:18.
2　我们应当为弟兄舍弃我们属人的生命;我们里面神圣的生命（zoe，奏厄）渴望爱别人，甚至为他们死─约壹三16。
2.　We should lay down our human life for the brothers; the divine life (zoe) within us longs to love others and even to die for them—1 John 3:16.
七　“因为人子要在祂父的荣耀里，同着众天使来临，那时祂要照各人的行为报应各人”─太十六27：
G.　"For the Son of Man is to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will repay each man according to his doings"—Matt. 16:27:
1　“因为”指明主回来时对于跟从祂者的赏赐，乃是照着他们是丧失自己的魂生命，还是拯救自己的魂生命。
1.　For indicates that the Lord's rewarding of His followers at His coming back will be according to whether they lose or save their soul-life.
2　我们丧失魂生命和拯救魂生命，都要得着报应─启二二12。
2.　For both the losing of the soul-life and the saving of the soul-life we will be rewarded—Rev. 22:12.
贰　“凡想要保全魂生命的，必丧失魂生命;凡丧失魂生命的，必使魂生命得以存活”─路十七33：
II.　"Whoever seeks to preserve his soul-life will lose it, and whoever loses it will preserve it alive"—Luke 17:33:
一　保全我们的魂生命，与留恋属地、物质的东西有关─31节。
A.　Preserving our soul-life is related to lingering in the earthly and material things—v. 31.
二　我们留恋属地的东西，是因我们顾到今世魂的享受：
B.　We linger in the earthly things because we care for our soul's enjoyment in this age:
1　罗得的妻子变成一根盐柱，是因她留恋所多玛，回头观望;这指明她贪爱并宝贝神即将审判并彻底毁灭的邪恶世界─32节。
1.　Lot's wife became a pillar of salt because she took a lingering look backward at Sodom, indicating that she loved and treasured the evil world that God was going to judge and utterly destroy—v. 32.
2　留恋属地、物质的东西会使我们丧失魂，就是我们的魂会在要来的国度时代，失去享受。
2.　Lingering in the worldly and earthly things will cause us to lose our soul; that is, our soul will suffer the loss of its enjoyment in the coming kingdom age.
叁　“爱惜自己魂生命的，就丧失魂生命;在这世上恨恶自己魂生命的，就要保守魂生命归入永远的生命”─约十二25：
III.　"He who loves his soul-life loses it; and he who hates his soul-life in this world shall keep it unto eternal life"—John 12:25:
一　主是一粒麦子落在地里，借着死丧失魂生命，使祂得以在复活里，将祂永远的生命释放给许多子粒─24节。
A.　The Lord, as a grain of wheat that fell into the ground, lost His soul-life through death that He might release His eternal life in resurrection to the many grains—v. 24.
二　我们是这许多子粒，也必须借着死丧失魂生命，才能在复活里享受这永远的生命。
B.　As the many grains, we also must lose our soul-life through death that we may enjoy eternal life in resurrection.
三　我们借着死丧失魂生命，就是跟从主耶稣，使我们能服事祂，在这丧失魂生命而活在祂复活里的路上与祂同行─26节。
C.　To lose our soul-life through death is to follow the Lord Jesus that we may serve Him and walk with Him on this way, the way of losing our soul-life and living in His resurrection—v. 26.
肆　“我们却不是退缩以致遭毁坏的人，乃是有信心以致得着魂的人”─来十39：
IV.　"We are not of those who shrink back to ruin but of them who have faith to the gaining of the soul"—Heb. 10:39:
一　得着或拯救我们的魂，乃在于我们得救重生之后，在跟从主的事上，如何对付我们的魂。
A.　The gaining, or saving, of our soul depends on how we deal with our soul in following the Lord after we are saved and regenerated.
二　我们现今若肯为主的缘故丧失魂，就必拯救魂，在主回来时，就要拯救或得着我们的魂─路九24，彼前一9。
B.　If we lose our soul now for the Lord's sake, we will save it, and it will be saved, or gained, at the Lord's coming back—Luke 9:24; 1 Pet. 1:9.
三　得着魂，乃是所要给跟从主的得胜者国度的赏赐─来十35，太十六22~28。
C.　The gaining of the soul will be the reward of the kingdom to the overcoming followers of the Lord—Heb. 10:35; Matt. 16:22-28.
伍　“得着你们信心的结果，就是魂的救恩”─彼前一9：
V.　"Receiving the end of your faith, the salvation of your souls"—1 Pet. 1:9:
一　我们的魂要在主显现、回来时得救，脱离苦难得以完满的享受主─7节，三17，四1，12~16，19。
A.　Our soul will be saved from sufferings into the full enjoyment of the Lord at His revelation, His coming back—v. 7; 3:17; 4:1, 12-16, 19.
二　我们必须在今世否认自己的魂，就是我们的魂生命连同其一切享乐，使我们来世在对主的享受里可以得着魂─太十37~39。
B.　We must deny our soul, our soulish life, with all its pleasures in this age, that we may gain it in the enjoyment of the Lord in the coming age—Matt. 10:37-39.
三　主显现时，有些信徒要进去享受主的快乐，有些要哀哭切齿的受苦─二五21，23，二四45~46。
C.　At the Lord's revelation, some believers will enter into the joy of the Lord, and some will suffer in weeping and gnashing of teeth—25:21, 23; 24:45-46.
四　进去享受主的快乐，就是我们魂的得救─二五21，23。
D.　To enter into the Lord's joy is the salvation of our souls—25:21, 23.
陆　“弟兄们胜过他，是因羔羊的血，并因自己所见证的话，他们虽至于死，也不爱自己的魂生命”─启十二11：
VI.　"They overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they loved not their soul-life even unto death"—Rev. 12:11:
一　因着人堕落，撒但就和人的魂生命，就是和人的己联合─太十六23~24。
A.　Because of man's fall, Satan joined himself to man's soul-life—man's self— Matt. 16:23-24.
二　我们要胜过撒但，就当不爱自己的魂生命，倒要恨恶并否认─路十四26，九23。
B.　To overcome Satan we must not love our soul-life; rather, we must hate it and deny it—Luke 14:26; 9:23.
三　不爱我们的魂生命乃是胜过撒但的根据─启十二11：
C.　Not loving our soul-life is the basis for overcoming Satan—Rev. 12:11:
1　撒但只怕一种人，就是不爱自己魂生命的人。
1.　Satan is afraid of only one kind of people—those who do not love their soul-life.
2　我们若要胜过撒但，就要认识：不爱自己，乃是得胜的根据。
2.　If we would overcome Satan, we must realize that the basis of victory is the renunciation of our self-love.
