Message One The Urgent Need of Shepherding for the Building Up of the Body of Christ
读经：约二一15~17，徒二十28，弗四12~16
Scripture Reading: John 21:15-17; Acts 20:28; Eph. 4:12-16
壹　主恢复的目标是要恢复所有信徒都供应基督，使召会作为基督的身体得以建造起来─弗四12~16。
I.　The goal of the Lord's recovery is to recover the ministering of Christ by all the believers so that the church as the Body of Christ might be built up— Eph. 4:12-16.
贰　牧养是给群羊周全、柔细的照顾;牧养是指顾到羊一切的需要─约二一15~17，徒二十28。
II.　Shepherding is to take all-inclusive tender care of the flock; shepherding refers to taking care of all the needs of the sheep—John 21:15-17; Acts 20:28.
叁　在主今日的恢复里，急切需要牧养─约二一16，彼前五4：
III.　In the Lord's recovery today, there is an urgent need of shepherding—John 21:16; 1 Pet. 5:4:
一　父神在祂生机的救恩里，先用灵神重生我们，再在子神里作我们的牧人牧养我们，使我们在祂的生命中存活并长大，直到永远─一3，约十11，启七17。
A.　In His organic salvation God the Father first regenerates us by God the Spirit and then shepherds us in God the Son as our Shepherd that we may exist and grow in His life for eternity—1:3; John 10:11; Rev. 7:17.
二　牧养信徒，对于他们在神圣生命里的长大以至于成熟，为着建造基督的身体，是极其重要的─弗四12~16。
B.　To shepherd the believers is crucial to their growth in the divine life unto maturity for the building up of the Body of Christ—Eph. 4:12-16.
三　我们中间最大的缺欠，就是牧养这件事。
C.　The greatest lack among us is in the matter of shepherding.
肆　如果我们不认识牧养是什么，整卷约翰福音对我们就是空洞的;惟有我们牧养别人时，我们才能认识约翰福音─十11，14，二一16，十四20，十五1，4~5。
IV.　If we do not know what shepherding is, the entire Gospel of John will be in vain to us; it is only when we shepherd others that we know the Gospel of John—10:11, 14; 21:16; 14:20; 15:1, 4-5.
伍　为着神永远经纶的主要目的和终极完成而牧养神的群羊，这件事在雅歌中也提到─一7上，8下，二16，六3。
V.　The shepherding of God's flock for the main purpose and ultimate consum-mation of the eternal economy of God is referred to in Song of Songs—1:7a, 8b; 2:16; 6:3.
陆　牧养是借着喂养照顾神的儿女─约二一15~17：
VI.　Shepherding is to take care of the children of God by feeding them—John 21:15-17:
一　牧养的工作就是喂养的工作─太二四45，林前三2。
A.　The work of shepherding is the work of feeding—Matt. 24:45; 1 Cor. 3:2.
二　借喂养而牧养，乃是神人生活的一部分。
B.　Shepherding by feeding is a part of the God-man living.
三　牧人的喂养，不仅是为使信徒长大，以致日日得救，也是为使他们在神圣生命中达到成熟;这是神人所需要的，使他们在基督的身体里得着建造─来五14，弗四12~13。
C.　The shepherds' feeding is not only for the growth unto the believers' daily salvation but also unto their maturity in the divine life, which is needed for the God-men to be built up into the Body of Christ—Heb. 5:14; Eph. 4:12-13.
柒　牧养在于教导;我们若不能教导，就不能牧养─太二八19~20，九35~36：
VII.　Shepherding depends on teaching; if we cannot teach, we cannot shepherd— Matt. 28:19-20; 9:35-36:
一　牧养和教导是并行的─弗四11：
A.　Shepherding and teaching go together—Eph. 4:11:
1　牧养和教导，应当象双脚，使我们能与主一同行动─徒二十20，27~28。
1.　Shepherding and teaching should be like two feet for our move with the Lord— Acts 20:20, 27-28.
2　我们的牧养该一直带着教导，而我们的教导也该一直带着牧养。
2.　Our shepherding should always be with teaching, and our teaching should always be with shepherding.
3　教导不仅加强我们的牧养，也帮助我们达到牧养的目标─诗二三6下，约十11，14~16，十四2。
3.　Teaching not only strengthens our shepherding, but it also helps us to reach the goal of shepherding—Psa. 23:6b; John 10:11, 14-16; 14:2.
二　我们若在牧养和教导上失败，整个召会就必荒凉─提后二20，启二20，24。
B.　If we fail in shepherding and teaching, the whole church will become desolate— 2 Tim. 2:20; Rev. 2:20, 24.
三　要牧养圣徒，就必须在活力排中有健康的教导─提后四3，多一9。
C.　For the shepherding of the saints, there must be the healthy teaching in the vital groups—2 Tim. 4:3; Titus 1:9.
四　要让神完成祂的定旨，成就祂的经纶，我们就需要教导神的经纶，并达到神经纶的高峰─弗一10，三9。
D.　In order for God to fulfill His purpose and accomplish His economy, we need to teach the economy of God and reach the peak of the economy of God—Eph. 1:10; 3:9.
五　惟有使徒关于神经纶的教训，能变化圣徒;因此，我们需要以使徒那照着神经纶的教训牧养圣徒─徒二42，多一9。
E.　Only the teaching of the apostles concerning the economy of God can transform the saints; therefore, we need to shepherd the saints with the apostles' teaching according to God's economy—Acts 2:42; Titus 1:9.
六　牧养和教导是我们的义务，是主所给我们的嘱咐;这是神所命定建造基督身体基本的路，以终极完成祂永远的目标─新耶路撒冷─弗四16，启二一2。
F.　Shepherding and teaching are our obligation as a charge given to us by the Lord; this is the basic way ordained by God in the building up of the Body of Christ to consummate His eternal goal—the New Jerusalem—Eph. 4:16; Rev. 21:2.
捌　那建造基督身体的牧养，乃是相互的牧养─林前十二23~26：
VIII.　The shepherding that builds up the Body of Christ is a mutual shepherding— 1 Cor. 12:23-26:
一　所有的信徒，无论他们在属灵上长大到那一阶段，都需要牧养;我们都有缺点和短处，需要别人牧养我们。
A.　All believers, regardless of their stage of spiritual growth, need shepherding; we all have defects and shortcomings and need others to shepherd us.
二　我们都需要在基督生机的牧养之下，并与祂是一，而牧养别人─彼前二25，约二一16。
B.　All of us need to be under the organic shepherding of Christ and to be one with Him to shepherd others—1 Pet. 2:25; John 21:16.
三　我们是羊也是牧人，彼此互相的牧养并接受牧养;借着这相互的牧养，基督的身体就在爱里把自己建造起来─弗四16。
C.　We are both sheep and shepherds, shepherding and being shepherded in mutuality; through this mutual shepherding, the Body builds itself up in love— Eph. 4:16.
玖　“我盼望因着我们接受有关牧养的这个负担，在我们中间会有真正的复兴。”（活力排，四九页。）
IX.　"I hope that there will be a genuine revival among us by our receiving this burden of shepherding" (The Vital Groups, p. 40).
拾　“众召会若都接受这教训，有分于基督奇妙的牧养，在主的恢复里就会有一次大的复兴。”（四九页。）
X.　"If all the churches receive this teaching to participate in Christ's wonderful shepherding, there will be a big revival in the recovery" (p. 40).
